Super tasty ramen soups. In this restaurant i was eating the best tempura shrimps ever. They was so fresh and coocked perfectly!!! High 5 for the cooks

The Ramen is incredible! Took me straight back to Japan from the first bite. They were unfortunately out of Chosu when we were there, but they substituted with the fried chicken and that was absolutely tasty! The karage chicken is close to what you'd get in Japan (just a little less crispy). But still the taste is incredible!

Tried this ramen place and it was great! My boyfriend tried the classic Soyu Ramen and I tried the Yuzu Ramen. Love both, it tasted fresh and very umami. Will def go there again!

Weve been meaning to visit this place ever since Ramen Brothers in hilversum closed. When we sat down we were greeted by the waiter and given our menus quickly. We ordered 2 drinks and 2 bowls of ramen, including a tip we ended up around 44 euros, which is worth the quality you get for it. Delicious flavours with a delicate broth. But please add Kimchi to your menu, would have been nice :) Delicous and would come again.

Let me introduce: The absolute best ramen bowl I’ve ever had Genshi ramen restaurant Hilversum Was craving authentic Japanese food and thought about testing a new place in Hilversum. This was a small and cozy place with nice interior and super friendly staff. We both ordered the Black Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen, since it was the most popular dish of the menu. I can’t even begin to describe the flavours. Complete EXPLOSION in my mouth. The broth had an incredible and strong garlic flavour, noodles cooked to perfection, pork belly was juicy and all diverse vegetables delicious. Never in my entire life have I experienced such an AMAZING ramen bowl. Fantastic comfort food and I could have eaten 5 of them (not really, one portion is big enough). One bowl is 18,50€, a bit pricy if you ask me but 100% worth it. Wow factor is high pleasantly surprised and we LOVE that

Every thing was delicious, ramen portions are huge. Don’t miss the mochi and yakitori. Nice atmosphere, great music playing and it is family friendly.
